Private Classes
$110 CAD per hour
Private yoga classes focus on your personal goals and needs. The class goes at on your own pace and schedule.
Any element of the practice can be adapted, based on the student’s response to the practice.
Package of 5 classes: $540
Package of 10 classes: $1,000
Private classes must be paid in full before the session.
Public Classes
$18 CAD / pers
In the public classes, you can connect with a supportive community. You also learn how to manage your stress and quiet your mind.
Those classes can help you improve your flexibility, enhance your awareness and create the life you want.
